Through dynamic discussions and case studies, participants will develop a nuanced understanding of moral dilemmas and decision-making. This program will equip officials with ethical frameworks and practical tools to make principled judgements in complex situations, bolstering their capacity to safeguard national security while upholding the highest standards of integrity and accountability. The course is particularly useful for officials working in legal policy, governance and oversight roles as well as operational staff who need to understand the framework that underpins legal and human resource principles.

Participants are required to hold a minimum NV1 security clearance.
