Futures into strategy NEW

This new program provides a practical, structured, end-to-end process for developing effective and farsighted public-sector strategies that address complex problems. The program utilises a live case study model, where participants work in small teams and apply a strategy development framework to a live strategy problem nominated by senior leaders of a public sector agency.
