Middle managers are on the frontline of policymaking and are often called upon to navigate the complexities of national security policy—a growing challenge in an accelerating world of change.

This two-week program equips policymakers with a better understanding of Australia’s national security framework and the strategic challenges we face. It convenes expert speakers to provide in-depth briefings on the latest national security issues and to discuss leadership in the national security context. The program’s interactive, practical approach offers participants opportunity to think strategically, share their perspectives with senior national security practitioners and build networks.

Participants are required to hold a minimum NV1 security clearance, and a C-briefing.
