Future-ready: preparing senior managers for complex challenges

NSC has wrapped up its second executive development program for senior managers for the year (EL2 and equivalent).

Bringing together participants from ten agencies across the national security community, the cohort completed an intensive three-week program focused on current and emerging security challenges facing Australia.

Our program mentor, John Frewen, shared invaluable leadership guidance and career insights, helping to support our senior manager cohort. 

Participants gained insights from expert practitioners across government, industry and academia, and also embarked on an international study tour to engage with key regional partners.

Programs like this offer a unique opportunity for participants to deepen their understanding of complex global issues and build strong, lasting connections across the community.
