Anne Taylor is a senior education manager in the International Capacity Building team at NSC. She brings to the College over 20 years of practical experience in professional executive education, policy design, international capacity building, gender peace and security, and national security.

Anne has worked for the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade designing and implementing international capacity-building programs and previously served in the Australian Defence Force – Royal Australian Air Force.

Anne holds a Master of Education in Adult Education, a Graduate Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) and multiple vocational education qualifications. Anne is an Associate Fellow of Higher Education and an Associate of the Australian Risk Policy Institue.
