Harry Dickinson

Graduate Research and Administration Assistant

Harry joined the NSC’s Graduate Program in February 2026 and is currently contributing to the coordination of programs and courses delivered by the Executive and Professional Development team.

Harry holds a double degree from the Australian National University, having completed a Bachelor of International Security Studies and a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Human Rights with a minor in International Relations. His research included a significant emphasis on the Middle Eastern and Indo-Pacific region, with particular attention to issues of peace and conflict, as well as foreign policymaking. Additionally, he further developed his expertise in European political and foreign relations through an academic exchange at Radboud University in Nijmegen, the Netherlands.

Harry’s research interests lie in the vital relationship between intelligence, strategic assessment and policy development. Harry is also focussed on the ways in which these mechanisms can best protect Australia’s national interests amid an increasingly dynamic and degrading security environment.
