Joseph Chinyong Liow is Dean of College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. In addition to his academic and teaching responsibilities he represents Singapore on the Experts and Eminent Persons Group of the ASEAN Regional Forum. He is a frequent contributor to academic dialogue on international affairs and has been published in many notable journals and publications.
