Matthew Lamb is a Senior Advisor with the NSC Futures Hub, seconded from the National Anti-Corruption Commission.

A strategic thinking and innovation specialist, Matthew has over 20 years of Commonwealth and state government experience in national security, law enforcement and regulatory environments. He has established strategic intelligence capabilities for Victoria Police, the Department of the Environment and Energy and the National Anti-Corruption Commission, and led flagstone strategic analysis projects in a range of government agencies.

Matthew specialises in developing models and tools that help government think more strategically and injecting innovation and divergent viewpoints into senior decision-making.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Asian Studies and Masters of Arts (Strategic Studies) from the Australian National University and has leadership and counter-terrorism qualifications from Charles Sturt University.
