Meg Tapia

Meg Tapia is Managing Director of Novexus, a boutique national security advisory firm, and co-founder of The Paragon Alliance. She has extensive national security and foreign policy experience and advises senior government officials and private entities, focusing on strengthening the information environment, diversity in national security and intelligence capability.  Meg served as a diplomat for 16 years, including postings to Papua New Guinea, Vanuatu and Afghanistan, and led the National Security portfolio for global consulting firm, Accenture.

Meg is a Brookes Scholar and recipient of the Australian Operational Service Medal, NATO Medal, and several Australian Government awards. Meg has an MBA (Leadership), Master of Policy Studies (International) and BA (Politics/Sociology). She is a passionate diversity advocate, including co-hosting the ANU NSC Women in National Security podcast mini-series.
