Michael Hintze Kt. AM GCSG – Lord Hintze is the founder and Group Executive Chairman of the global investment firm CQS. He began his career in finance in 1982 with Salomon Brothers, New York, and has held senior roles at CSFB and Goldman Sachs. With a background in physics, pure mathematics and engineering, Lord Hintze has also worked as an electrical design engineer in Australia and served as a Captain in the Australian Army.
