Tim Hobbs
Tim Hobbs is a Strategy and Business Development Manager at Lockheed Martin Australia. He is also a sessional academic at the ANU.
Tim is an admitted lawyer and strategic thinker with a background in government and the private sector. He has worked for a rocket launch startup, served as an Associate Adviser to the Australian Permanent Mission to the United Nations, and advised the Chair of the Joint Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs, Defence, and Trade in the Australian Parliament. Tim has experience in international diplomacy, strategic affairs, and policy analysis.
As a Hawker Scholar pursuing an LLB (Hons) and a BA in International Security Studies at the ANU, he founded the Australian Crisis Simulation Summit, a national security initiative preparing emerging leaders for the challenges of the 21st century. Tim also has study experiences in Oxford, Shanghai, Geneva, Stockholm, and Cambodia and leverages his multidisciplinary background and deep industry knowledge to drive strategic growth and provide valuable insights to senior leadership, empowering informed decision-making.
