Tim Rutherford is a retired senior officer in the Australian Army and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance specialist. He is a former senior executive within the National Security Division of the Department of the Prime Minister & Cabinet and maintains an active interest in cultural adaptation strategies, frontier technology and international law. He is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Western Australia’s Defence & Security Institute and serves as the Head of Impact Missions at the Minderoo Foundation.
